TALES OF TRALODREN™ WINS GOLD! May 29th, 2008 (Minneapolis, MN)- Tales of Tralodren™: The Beginning has won the Central Minnesota Printing Professional’s gold award for exceptional printing and superb craftsmanship.
Sentinel Printing Company, the printer for Tales of Tralodren™: The Beginning and Corrie’s other prose work, thought the graphic novel was worthy of a submission and recently found out just how worthy when it won a gold award.
“I’m happy to hear it won,” said Chad Corrie, the author of the graphic novel. “I knew it had been entered a while ago but had no idea that it had won the gold. It’s great to see and hear about how those who helped out on the book are benefiting with this recognition and exposure just for having taken part in its creation.”

THE ADVENTURES OF CORWYN RELEASED
Aspirations Media is pleased to announce the release of The Adventures of Corwyn, the newest book from author Chad Corrie, set for a May 13th release. This anthology returns us once again to The World of Tralodren®, introducing us to a bard named Corwyn Danther.
In the words of Corrie, "This anthology is a collection of stories about the world [Tralodren] where you don't have earth-shattering events going on. No one is trying to take over the world or take part in some quest to save an endangered nation or people – just a day in the life of the people who live there as they are encountered by Corwyn, who gets into his own adventures in the process."

ASPIRATION MEDIA WELCOMES ITS NEWEST AUTHOR
This month we want to welcome Aspirations Media's newest author, Michael Sullivan. Michael's first book is slated for released this September.
Born in Detroit Michigan, Michael J. Sullivan has lived in Vermont, North Carolina and Virginia. He worked as a commercial artist and illustrator, founding his own advertising agency in 1996, which he closed in 2005 to pursue writing full-time. The Crown Conspiracy is his first published work. He currently resides in Fairfax, Virginia with his wife and three children.
The Crown Conspiracy is part of The Riyria Revelations, a six book epic fantasy set in the realistic, gritty world of Elan. Here, only the uneducated believe in magic, elves are victims of racism, and dwarves are unscrupulous misers. It's a time of swords, corrupt nobles, political maneuvering, and violent extremes. It's a world of practical concerns where the poor struggle to eat, the rich struggle for power, and real magic — when discovered, changes everything.

Servicing 30 countries and 4,000 accounts, Diamond Comics helps to reach out to those not being serviced with AMI's current distributor--namely comic shops. Together with its book distributor and Diamond Comics, Tales of Tralodren™:The Beginning will now see exposure to as wide an audience as possible.

FIRST AMI EVENT FOR 2008
March finds Aspirations Media at the Public Library Association Tradeshow in the Minneapolis Convention Center from March 26th-28th.
Located in booth #440, AMI will be looking forward to meeting those who pass by as well as getting the word out about us and our books to a wider audience. Libraries are a very important part of the book business and Aspirations Media couldn't have asked for a better venue for increasing its presence in that arena.

NEW TITLES FOR 2008 Aspirations Media is pleased to announce three new titles for release in the first half of 2008.
The Ramblin' Rose™ Series continues with the third book in the series: The Secret in the Arctic Ice. Rose finds herself in Alaska and in the middle of a wild adventure as this daughter of two secret agents encounters an old nemesis as she stumbles onto a hidden connection between the events on both coasts, a secret buried in the Arctic ice, and a project named True-whip Incorporated.
This latest volume is slated for an April 15th release.
